The Other Sound x Sun Effects ⬟ 15:30
At Flow Festival’s The Other Sound, NYKY Ensemble will perform music for peace. The program, planned and coached by pianist Anna Kuvaja, features the works of composer Arvo Pärt, with the title Spiegel im Spiegel. NYKY Ensemble is a contemporary music group at the Sibelius Academy of the University of the Arts Helsinki, and functions as a forum for contemporary music projects and as a window into contemporary music trends and techniques, such as for example extended playing techniques, live electronics, microtonality, minimalism or interdisciplinary collaborations.
