Baba Foods produces authentic Middle Eastern vegetarian delicacies such as hummus, falafels, and salads. Although Baba’s dishes are mainly sold in retail stores and directly to restaurants, and Baba does not have its own restaurant, Baba Foods has participated in Flow Festival as a food seller for several years! This year, Baba teams up with Hummus Bar (a restaurant that was previously in Kamppi, Helsinki), forming Baba Hummus Bar restaurant. Baba Hummus Bar serves traditional hummus dishes with plenty of hummus on the bottom and a delicious filling on the top.
