YakitoribyBrasa

In the heart of Helsinki, in the historic milieu of Senate Square, there’s Brasa that prepares their food over an open fire, as the fire lifts up each ingredient to the next level, deepening and emphasizing their inherently stunning features. Every choice the restaurant makes is driven by a burning passion for the best possible outcome. Opened in April 2022, Restaurant Brasa is now participating in Flow for the first time. They will bring the Yakitori x Brasa concept to Flow. According to Flow’s food theme, the meats will be left out from the menu this time. Tiger prawns with teriyaki sauce, tempura pikeperch with sweet chili sauce, and portobello with tonkatsu sauce are put into the yakitori skewers. Alongside the skewers, they will serve Wakame salad and Brasa’s kimchi.
