Pehmoaino

Over the past year, pehmoaino has quickly become one of Finland’s most talked about new artists. She was awarded the Alternative Artist of the Year and the Newcomer of the Year awards at the Emma Gala (Finnish Grammys). In the spring of 2022, pehmoaino topped the album chart with her EP “kaukana kotoa” and the singles chart with the single “haluun takas mun perhoset”.

Pehmoaino makes touching indie and hip-hop-influenced pop music with an open-minded and surprising production. In pehmoaino’s world, fun and sensitivity, danceability and atmosphere, as well as the desire to experiment and approachability, are not mutually exclusive.
