WaxFiend

WaxFiend is one of the best-known urban music DJs in The Netherlands. During his career of more than 20 years, he has been a resident in the most significant urban music clubs of his home country, won several urban music prizes and founded Jamrock, one of the biggest reggae/dancehall parties in the Netherlands. WaxFiend has rocked clubs and parties in different European countries and the Caribbean. When travelling through Asia and Africa, he became interested in local urban music genres, and today WaxFiend adds gqom, amapiano, and Afrotech to his long-time interest in hip hop, reggae and dancehall. The basis of his DJing is his long history with urban music, starting in 2000 with fanatically collecting rap vinyl.
