Run by Tomi Björck and his top team, Boon Nam brings nuanced flavours from the land of smiles – Thailand – by offering small bites full of delicacy. Spicy, sour, salty and sweet: the essence of Boon Nam’s cuisine is a perfect balance of the four pillars of flavour. Boon Nam’s team has been travelling and researching new dishes in Thailand for the past year, and now the restaurant is coming to Flow Festival for the first time, offering ‘a bang from Bangkok’.
