RAGU|BURN&SHINE

The legendary Helsinki restaurant Ragu celebrates its 10th anniversary this year, and in honour of the occasion, it brings its Burn&Shine Raw Bar Smokery to Flow Festival. Ragu finds inspiration in the purity and ingenuity of Scandinavian cuisine, while the bold and smoky flavours of Burn&Shine Raw Bar Smokery create a down-to-earth and warm atmosphere. Some of the dishes from the Smokery are served directly from an open-fire smoker!
