UUNO, one of Helsinki’s TOP 3 pizzerias, is the first in Finland to offer Roman-style pinza pizzas. Pinza’s distinctive taste comes from the light and crispy base, which is made from sourdough, using a special mix of soy, rice and wheat flour. The base emphasizes the flavor of the fillings and does not leave you with a doughy feeling afterwards. Welcome to UUNO!
