Flow’s Info & Shop, merchandise shop, and Digelius Music are located near the main entrance.

From the info desk, you can get answers to your questions and approach them with any feedback. The info desk also hands out free earplugs, which can also be collected from the pink-vested info staff walking around the area. The info desk operates during the festival’s opening hours.

The Flow shop sells Flow’s own merchandise. The items can also be bought from Hel Goods’ online store. At the merchandise shop, you can buy merchandise from various artists performing at Flow. Flow Festival doesn’t know beforehand which artists’ merchandise will be available — the best way to find out is to visit the merchandise shop during the festival.

Digelius Music will be selling records at Flow Festival! Finland’s most legendary record shop Digelius Music closed down its business last year but was later taken on by We Jazz, who are continuing the legacy in a new location in Sörnäinen. Curated with passion and love, the Digelius Music pop-up shop will have an extensive range of pre-loved and new vinyls for Flow visitors to purchase. Feel free to take a break and browse through what they’ve picked out for you!
