On Sunday from 1 pm to 5 pm, adults who have bought a Flow ticket – which includes Sunday – can bring along children up to the age of 12. Read more.
You can switch your ticket to a different date, depending on the availability of tickets. Tickets can also be upgraded to a higher-priced ticket by paying the difference in the ticket prices. A service fee will be charged for all changes. You can update your ticket by contacting the original ticket seller Ticketmaster or Tiketti.

Gold
With a Gold festival ticket, you can upgrade your festival experience by enjoying some of our premium services as well as Gold Area’s comfortable setting. The Gold Area is an oasis within the festival area and perfect for the international and domestic guests and partners of Flow Festival.
In the Gold Area, guests with a Gold-ticket will find a beautiful lounge, a well-stocked bar and table service by Lanson, café and snacks and premium-level bathrooms. Customers can also treat themselves to Batiste’s products in their makeup and vanity station. On Saturday and Sunday, The Gold Area expands to Tiivistämö’s enjoyable indoor spaces, where you will also find the area’s own bar and bathrooms.
As a Gold ticket holder, you can reserve a free exclusive ride with the 100 % electric Polestar 2 to the festival area. Rides are available for Flow Friday and Saturday, and there is only a limited amount of them, so act quickly! Reserve your Polestar 2 ride.
Please note that the car can be delivered max ~30min/30km away from Flow Festival area and it can fit two persons in addition to you and the Polestar Specialist. In order to make the reservation, you need to have a Flow Festival Gold ticket.
Gold ticket holders have their own wristband exchange lanes at the exchange points in Suvilahti and Kamppi’s Narinkkatori. A separate Polestar Pop-up is also open at Mikonkatu 7, with a gold wristband exchange point. Check the opening hours for all wristband exchange points here. Gold ticket holders can also use a special express lane at the main gate to enter the festival area.
The Gold ticket naturally includes the whole festival program and access to the festival area. This year, you can enter Gold Area next to X-Garden and from Resident Advisor Front Yard, where you’ll find an accessible route to Gold Area. Security personnel are available to assist with accessing it upon request. The Gold Area also has an accessible restroom, and all services on the premises are accessible. Unfortunately, the Gold Area is not entirely accessible as it is mostly a gently sloping grassy area with uneven terrain.
